Brooke Mihoces - CHS Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach
Brooke grew up in Annapolis, Maryland where she started playing lacrosse in 3rd grade. In high school, she played lacrosse at St. Mary’s where she was team captain, first- team All-American, All-Metro, and a three-time All-County selection. Brooke earned a scholarship to play Division I lacrosse at the University of North Carolina. During her time with the Tar Heels, she helped guide UNC to the ACC Regular Season Championship, while also receiving All-ACC tournament honors. Brooke redshirted at Carolina in 2005 after tearing her ACL, thus allowing one year of eligibility as a graduate student at the University of Oregon in 2007 where she earned her Masters Degree while playing lacrosse. During her time at Oregon, Brooke garnered all-conference honors and was an IWLCA All-American. After her playing career, Brooke became the Assistant Coach for the University of Oregon. Brooke then got married to her husband, Joe, and moved to California. She’s been coaching at Carlsbad ever since. This will be her 4th year with the program, her first as head coach. Lacey Cramer - Varsity Assistant Coach
Lacey Cramer is Coach Brooke's sister. She grew up in Annapolis, Maryland and started playing lacrosse in the 4th grade. Lacey also attended St. Mary's HS where she played on the Varsity all four years there. Lacey then went on to Virginia Tech where she earned a scholarship to play Division I lacrosse. After her playing career, Lacey coached at Scripps Ranch HS in San Diego, then moved to Jacksonville, Florida where she coached at Fleming Island HS. Lacey has since moved back to San Diego with her husband and 3 girls; this is her first year coaching for Carlsbad.
Marriah Green - Head JV Coach
Marriah Green first started playing lacrosse in the summer before high school and has been hooked ever since. Marriah attended CHS and played on the Varsity all four years where she played every position on the field, including goalie. At Carlsbad, Marriah was a four year Scholar Athlete and garnered the "Players Choice” award. After high school she began coaching and has coached for the North County Middle School Huki lacrosse league, Adrenaline, Carlsbad Girls Lacrosse Club, and was the head coach for the University Konstanz lacrosse club in Konstanz, Germany. Currently, Marriah is a student at Mira Costa and plays club lacrosse in San Diego and for the Konstanz woman's lacrosse club. This is her first year as JV Coach for Carlsbad.
